The Hellenic Constantinopolitans Associations and Societies acting
within and outside of Greece following a meeting in Athens decided to establish the Ecumenical Federation of Constantinopolitans-EUFENCO. The Constitution of the Federation was approved by all participant Associations which establishes the objectives, organization and administration of EUFENCO.
Among the objectives of EUFENCO the principals are: The support and solidarity between Constantinopolitans, the wide support to Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople, defend the human rights of the Greeks of Constantinople and the islands of Imbros and Tenedos and take all the initiatives to save the Hellenic Civilization of Constantinople.
The number of participant Associations presently to EUFECON are 24 consisting 18 within Greece and 6 from Germany, Australia and U.S.A
