Συνάντηση είχε ο πρόεδρος Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος με τον Εκτελεστικό Διευθυντή του Διεθνούς Χρηματοπιστωτικού Ινστιτούτου Charles DAllara στην Washington. Σϋμφωνα με το δελτίο τύπου που εξέδωσε το Ινστιτούτο, οι άνδρες συζήτησαν για την πρόοδο που κάνει η Ελλάδα στις μεταρρυθμίσεις, τι απομένει να γίνει, τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στην Ευρώπη γενικότερα ώστε η ευρωζώνη να εξέλθει της κρίσης χρέους.

On Friday, October 26 Mr. Evangelos Venizelos, leader of the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK) and former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Greece, met with Mr. Charles Dallara, Managing Director of the Institute of International Finance (IIF), for informal discussions in Washington, D.C. They had a cordial exchange of views on the progress Greece is making on adjustment and reform and what remains to be done, both in Greece and in Europe more generally, for the Eurozone to emerge from the sovereign debt crisis.
