Greece and Cyprus will sign three separate agreements for stronger cooperation in maritime, cultural and environmental issues in Nicosia next week, it was announced on Friday.

The agreements will be signed on the sidelines of the trilateral summit between Cyprus, Greece and Jordan to be held in Nicosia next Tuesday.

Jordan’s King Abdullah II will head the Jordanian mission with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras leading the Greek mission, accompanied by Deputy Minister of European Affairs Giorgos Katrougalos, Minister of Maritime Affairs Panagiotis Kouroupli, Minister of Environment and Energy George Stathakis and Minister of Culture Lydia Koniordou.

The Greek delegation is expected to arrive on Tuesday morning at Larnaca airport, ahead of the delegation from Jordan.

A joint declaration will be issued after the summit.
